Saturday was a day of adventure for the Circles Network Midlands Saturday Club who visited Badminton Horse Trials.
This is an international horse event where the very best horses and riders from across the world compete over 5 days and multiple phases. Saturday Club visited on the cross country phase and were able to watch competitors take on the enormous obstacles over a 4 mile course.
They enjoyed a picnic in the stunning grounds and were able to see many of the jumps up close as the competitors flew over. There was time for ice cream and everyone fell in love with the huge, gentle police horses who were working at the event.
There was even time on the return journey to stop for chips in the park at Moreton-in–the-Marsh, what a day!
